The Transition Initiatives for Stabilization (TIS)/ Danguud program evaluation, USAID funding & implemented by IOM

The purpose of this evaluation was to determine the role TIS played in the overall stabilization gains recorded over the years at the micro, meso and macro levels across Somalia against the assumption that TIS may have contributed to the stabilization gains.

HACOF implemented evaluation assessment to examine the extent in which development of micro-economic can improve the lives of people, this empowering can be done through provision of financial sources hence creating stable community in both social and economic.
