HACOF builds relationships with key decision-making bodies at the regional, national, and sub-national levels to champion collaboration with government, private sector, academic, and civil society institutions. Our goal is to ensure contextual, relevant and localized knowledge is utilized as a driver of change. Our vision is to become a regional model for robust, policy-oriented, rigorous policy analysis institution that underscores cooperation and partnership. Using evidence-based research, we aim to influence decision makers to formulate a credible public policy in various topics by publishing products such as policy papers, analytical research papers, survey research papers, journals, and blogposts.
