Given the fragile nature of the region, HACOF focuses on quick impact stabilization activities at levels of government. Our objective is to support the region to move from emergency crisis response, insecurity, and stabilization to sustained economic growth and development. We support governments to improve its capacity to deliver services. We remain an effective, flexible and ready platform to deliver stabilization assistance through quick impact project and rapid assessments in fragile areas. Through our interventions, we can contribute to restore trust, governance and stability in hostile environments. We work with donors, implementing agencies, governments and communities to conduct research and context analysis, identify projects that could transform the lives of people, restore governance and increase trust and confidence between the citizenry and governments. Underpinning these interventions, is our strong context analysis of the region, understanding of the conflict drivers, resilience levels with the communities, and unresolved grievances in the community.
