Provision of interactive voice response (IVR) platform for BBC Media Action

The main objective of this project was to provide Interactive Voice Response (IVR) based system, accessible by short-code numbers, allowing BBC program to give feedback.    Specific services included: the creation of short-code for call-ins and creation of SMS short-codes and development of an online portal for recording storing of calls and SMS.

HACOF undertook the survey for the purpose to assess general overview on how people get information and impact of key communication sectors in the community.
