End-term evaluation of JICA-MIDA experts placement phase (IV) project

HACOF supported IOM to conduct an end-term evaluation of the JICA-MIDA project. The goal of this project was to support the  institutional development of the Federal Government of Somalia through the active engagement of Somali diaspora to transfer knowledge to public institutions and civil servants. The main aim of this survey was to:

• Provide capacity building support to targeted government institutions.
• Support the implementation of the Youth Employment Programme in Somalia (YEPS).
