HACOF advances rural transformation by promoting inclusive, climate-smart agri-food systems that drive both household income and national export potential.

Our support includes improving production systems, facilitating market access, and promoting agricultural innovation that responds to changing climate and consumer demand. We work with cooperatives, agribusinesses, and producer organizations to modernize value chains, reduce post-harvest losses, and increase competitiveness in both domestic and export markets. In the fisheries sector, we design interventions that strengthen blue economy governance, expand cold chain infrastructure, and support sustainable marine resource management for coastal economies.

We prioritize land and water governance systems that mitigate conflict, promote peaceful natural resource sharing, and improve the enabling environment for agricultural investment.
