HACOF supported world vision to conduct (Third Party Monitoring services). The goal of this project was to restore the wellbeing of vulnerable communities in Somalia affected by severe flooding, drought and locusts. This purpose aligned with BHA mission to save lives, alleviate human suffering and reduce the impact of disaster by helping people who are in need to become more self-reliant.

The assignment was meant to conduct independent monitoring and verification of activity implemented, assess the level of stakeholders’ engagement, examine project processes and procedures, monitor the context, and identify implementation strengths and gaps Based on findings, derive lessons and recommendations.
