HACOF partnered with ACDI-VOCA to support the implementation of the Resilience Learning Activity, a project that aimed to enhance the effectiveness of development initiatives through improved knowledge management and strategic communications. The primary objective of this initiative was to assess how the systematic collection, organization, and dissemination of knowledge served as a powerful tool in strengthening development outcomes. By leveraging strategic communication practices, the project sought to enhance information sharing, foster collaboration, and ensure that key insights were effectively utilized to inform decision-making processes.
