Client: Food and Agriculture Organi¬zation of the United Nations (FAO)

HACOF was contracted by FAO Somalia through a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) to conduct Third-Party Monitoring (TPM). The aim was to independently monitor the delivery of key inputs and services as well as assess the impact of FAO Somalia’s programs on the target beneficiaries as well as conducting compliance and verification missions. This in turn, contributed to organizational learnings, activity design and implementation.
