Human Trafficking Assessment in South Central, Somalia

HACOF was commissioned by IOM to implement an assessment to establish the trends of human trafficking in South Central Somalia whose findings enabled IOM to facilitate implementation of appropriate activities through its projected interventions.

The primary purpose of the assessment was to gain a comprehensive overview and understanding of Trafficking in Person (TIP), assess affected populations, recent trends, and their nature and form, understand how Tip is carried out and identify measures appropriate to responding to (TIP) in southern and central Somalia.
