Third Party Monitoring Services in Puntland, Somaliland and Somalia

Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) Contract has the main objective of monitoring the delivery of key outputs and services as well as assessing the impact of the program on the target beneficiaries. This will also contribute to organizational learning as new modalities are set. The TPM services will serve two projects, ‘Sustained Cash Assistance to Prevent Famine and Respond to Drought in Rural Somalia (OSRO/SOM/809/USA) and ‘Addressing Acute Food Insecurity in Rural Areas of Somalia  (OSRO/SOM/902/USA). However, if needed, the TPM will be requested to cover similar activities funded through other projects.
