Study of Community Attitudes towards Return & Reintegration of Low Risk Combatants

The objective of the Baseline Study is to provide the Traditional Dispute Resolution Unit and IDLO baseline data on community attitudes and trust towards the return, presence, and reintegration of low-risk disengaged combatants, as well as the levels of trust among the low risk, disengaged combatants towards community members.

The study was conducted from August 28th, 2015 to September 2nd, 2015 in Baidoa and Beletweyne simultaneously to collect baseline indicators against which the program outcomes will be measured.
